Overnight Use Fees  

For all camping facilities check in time is after 1:00pm arrival day, check out time is by 11:00am departure day unless prearranged with management.  Please no check ins or check outs on Sunday. The office is closed.  If you plan on leaving on Sunday you will need to pay through Sunday night.  Your deposit will be mailed to you, if the facilities are left clean and undamaged.  

Check out time is 9:00am on Mondays before the Stake Girls Camps to allow them set up and check in. For 2005 we have Girls Camps beginning on Mondays from June 20 through August 29. For 2006 Girls Camps begin on Mondays from June  through August.

Lodge (sleeps 33 max, beds for 18, the floor has room for 15) (8 sets of bunk beds and one double bed size futon and lots of floor space).

DEPOSITS  

Deposits serve two purposes. The first is to secure your reservation. The second is to use the deposit as security against any damage caused by your party and to assure that the facilities will be left clean. The deposit, which is equal to the first night's cost of the facilities reserved, is due within two weeks of making your reservation. After receipt of the deposit your reservation will be confirmed and a confirmation letter issued. If the deposit is not received within two weeks, the space will be made available to other people.

When you check in the deposit will be held as security against any damage caused by your party and to assure that the facilities will be left clean. In the event that there is any damage all or part of your deposit will be used to pay expenses before you leave Camp Zarahemla. You also agree to pay all costs of damage in excess of your deposit. Assuming there is no damage and the facilities rented are clean at the time of check out, the deposit will be credited against the balance due, except on Sunday. Please note that the caretakers are not available to check in or check out anyone on Sunday.  The OFFICE IS CLOSED on SUNDAY.  If you plan on leaving on Sunday you will need to pay your balance on Saturday night, pay through Sunday night and your deposit will be mailed to you if the facilities rented are clean and undamaged.  Please make sure the site or cabin is clean when you leave.
